Before watching it I thought it's going to be waste of my time but it turned to be OK. Still there's much to improve for your next animation, try focus on landscapes by adding some things and shadows into them.

"It's OK but..."

There is already hundreds variations of pong in Newgrounds. But anyway here is some feedback about the game; when you hit the ball (character) with your paddle the ball doesn't move very smoothly it just teleports a little backward and then continue it's travel to new direction. You should try to fix that because it looks little awful.

I liked it very much, mostly because your drawing style was not too serious. I did not catch the plot if there was some but after all it was nice to watch not too long.
